form laden with flaws, impurities and faults which beneath it lies a powerful, beautiful being waiting to be released from inside. And it is this practice that transforms us from human beings into spiritual beings with beautiful human bodies.

What is your proudest accomplishment? That I've followed my dreams: to open a yoga studio, write a book, make music and be married to someone who keeps me engaged and aware all the time. Not necessarily in that order.
What makes a good teacher? The ability to see the student, listen to the student and guide the student then turn around and be the student, listen as a student and allow yourself to be guided as a student.
Top benefit from a regular practice? Putting all the parts together as a whole and getting them to work as one: body, mind and soul.
