Lauren Lauzier - Jade Integrated Health
Lauren is a Certified Yoga Teacher. She began practicing Yoga in 1998, to escape the cold winters of Maine and the stress that accompanied her work. She soon realized the physical, emotional, and spiritual effects of her yoga practice, transforming her life both on and off the yoga mat. Lauren studied yoga at Phoenix Rising with Todd Norian, who resided at Kripalu for over 20 years and taught Anusara yoga internationally for 15 years. Her teaching reflects a strong focus on alignment and breath, allowing the breath to become the source of every movement. Lauren began teaching yoga in 2002 to share this powerful practice with others and receives great joy in igniting the passion and life force in others. When not on the mat Lauren spends her time with her two beautiful boys and can be found in her running shoes, often training for races with her Bernese Mountain Dog happily leashed to her side. Lauren views her life with fullness and gratitude.
