Kelly is a Professional Tennis Instructor, and a Yoga teacher. Yoga deepened her understanding of ways to prevent injuries in order to keep doing the things she loves: teaching tennis and sea kayaking and her active recreational lifestyle. She loves the idea that one can prevent injuries, increase flexibility and get stronger all in same workout. She has a passion for teaching and helping students gain confidence in life thru the yoga mat and other athletic pursuits.
She is a Certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher and has a YogaFit Certification as well. She is thrilled to be part of the Maine Yoga Community.
