In 2002, Jeff & Rae Lynn completed their 200-hr yoga alliance training and then moved to York, Maine to start Yoga on York. Yoga On York is fully committed to York, supporting every York community event and fundraiser, big and small. They are always ready to donate time, yoga classes and gift certificates. We look forward to having Yoga On York as a 2014 studio partner and can't wait to take Jeff & RaeLynn's workshop!
We are very excited to have Rae Lynn & Jeff from Yoga on York back again to teach at MYF 2014! Last year, they taught a demanding core workshop and this year will be challenging us again with “Strength, Stamina & Stability”. Check out the video below to see what they have planned for this summers festival! Jeff & Rae Lynn are a regular husband and wife with two children in the York Schools. They started practicing yoga back in 1998 and quickly realized yoga was the most intelligent & effective system of mind and body health promotion. They were hooked and with a regular yoga practice immediately began to experience renewed vitality, energy, increased strength, weight-loss, and decreased body aches. Yoga yielded far more than physical benefits, it helped them manage their day-to-day stress and was increasing their ability to live mindfully. Yoga was quietly transformative, bringing them to a place of deeper mental balance and daily inner calm.
