Charlotte has been teaching yoga since 1999 and is the owner of Mountain Studio in Blue Hill, Maine. She teaches corrective and therapeutic fitness by integrating modern yoga alignment, Pilates and functional movement to help people move more freely in their daily lives. She is an ultra-distance runner, Ironman competitor and passionate outdoors woman and is always looking for ways to blend her yoga practice with her pursuits off the mat. She has rehabbed almost every possible sports injury with her practice and loves to help others find resilience and strength in their own bodies.
She has spent over 1,000 hours in teacher training with, among others, Richard Freeman, David Swenson, Angela Farmer, and John Friend. She has completed Pilates Mat class and TRX trainings and studied Ayurveda with Cate Stillman and Claudia Welch for two years. |
