Jeanette Richelson

Jeanette received her yoga teacher certification from 02 Yoga in Boston, Massachusetts in the spring of 2009. She trained with Mimi Loureiro and Elliott McEldowney in 02 Yoga, which balances many principles of Ashtanga Yoga with a more creative and less predictable Vinyasa-flow format. Jeanette is also a Certified Childlight Yoga Instructor (CCYI). She is excited to share with all her students the power, joy, and peace that emerges from intentional movement and conscious breath. Jeanette is also a raw food enthusiast and loves to talk about how much she LOVES Portland, Maine.

Class Description

Diving Deeper into Vinyasa Krama - Co-Teaching with Kathleen Flanagan  We invite you to join us in an evolutionary journey of universal expression. Together, we'll move as a collective that unites us in order to dive deep into vinyasa krama (or stages). This is a class that will involve tapping in to more than movement and breath and will hope to cultivate kula (community) as we work together in the space. Some experience of yoga and asana is required and a willingness to let go of form and be in the flow.  Intermediate class.
