Jennifer MorrisonJennifer Morrison has been a student of yoga since 1993 and was introduced to Ashtanga Yoga in 1996. Having traveled to Mysore, India to study with Sri K. Pattabhi Jois (Guruji) and Sharath, as well as receiving extensive guidance, instruction, and inspiration from several other senior teachers, she is committed to this path as a way to cultivate presence and equilibrium – on the mat and in daily life.
In addition, Jennifer is a strong believer in the powerful, healing effect of conscious touch as a way to access an individual’s own learning and healing potential. Her bodywork background in Structural Integration (The Rolf Method) and CranioSacral therapy lends its wisdom to her teaching knowledge and approach. “One of the great joys of teaching is meeting students right where they are – in their bodies, their lives, on any given day – and supporting their practice as a means to experience a sense of vitality, connection, and surrender.” With clarity and compassion, Jennifer teaches to share the Ashtanga tradition and the infinite gifts of yoga.
