Amie Reagan, RYT200
Amie was first introduced to yoga as a teenager studying dance at the Joffrey Ballet Academy in NYC and instantly feel in love. She continued her yoga practice through college before deciding to become an instructor. While teaching pre-k and kindergarten, Amie received her 200hr Yoga Alliance certification at Sonic Yoga in NYC in September of 2005 and soon began teaching to both children and adults. Amie went on to received her 600hr Pilates training certification at New York Pilates, her Barre training certification through Lotte Berk and, last, her personal training certification through NASM and taught yoga, Pilates and Barre classes throughout New Jersey and NYC to all ages and levels for the past 10 years.
