Cayce Lannon discovered yoga while studying Early Childhood and Elementary Education at Champlain College in Burlington, Vermont. She began yoga, as many people do, seeking a way to strengthen and tone her muscles. After a few months of practicing, she noticed herself carrying less stress, feeling happier, and being able to view the world around her more clearly. In a word, yoga made her feel whole. Cayce received her 200hr certification in 2013 through Sonic Yoga, based in NYC, under the masterful guidance of Johanna Bell and Kathleen Savoy. She has also studied Restorative Yoga with Margo Rosingana at Breathing Room in South Portland. In 2017 Cayce suffered a severe spinal injury, which taught her how to connect with her body in a whole new way, and her yoga practice has been an instrumental part of her healing process. Cayce is a co-founder of the West End Village Studio and owner of Maine Kids Yoga. She grew up in Sharon, Massachusetts and currently resides
in Portland, Maine where she teaches preschool and yoga for both children and adults.
