Cayce Parker discovered yoga while studying Early Childhood and Elementary Education at Champlain College in Burlington, Vermont. She began yoga, as many people do, seeking a way to strengthen and tone her muscles. After a few months of practicing, she noticed herself carrying less stress, feeling happier, and being able to view the world around her more clearly. In a word, yoga made her feel whole.

Cayce received her 200hr certification in 2013 through Sonic Yoga, based in NYC, under the masterful guidance of Johanna Bell and Kathleen Savoy. Additionally, she's studied Restorative Yoga with Margo Rosingana at Breathing Room in South Portland, and also holds certifications for Children's Yoga through ChildLight Education Company. In 2017 Cayce suffered a severe spinal injury, which taught her how to connect with her body in a whole new way, and her yoga practice has been an instrumental part of the healing process.

Cayce teaches Restorative Yoga and Family Yoga at Portland Yoga Collective, and is currently working on a Masters in Occupational Therapy. She loves sharing the joy she finds in yoga with people of all ages and abilities!
