She has studied, trained and received certifications from herbalists, Reiki Masters, world-class Yoga teachers, Meditation Guides, Intuitives/psychics, wilderness guides, shamans, martial artists, top notch athletes, Ayurvedic practitioners and notable scientists. These incredible mentors and teachers have helped mold her multi-faceted approach and view to health and ecology. She sees optimal health expressed uniquely in each person and deeply intertwined and dependent on the wisdom, rhythms and medicine found in nature. True, authentic health encompasses mind-body-spirit and should be participatory, fun and sacred. She wishes to empower others to thrive and to cultivate vibrancy. She enjoys providing both uplifting and deeply nourishing and restorative experiences for people, always filled with not only physical or mental but also spiritual replenishment. |
