Lorry has always been active (a runner, hiker, kayaker and biker) but she came late to yoga, taking her first class at age 50 while recovering from an injury. She was hooked! Seven years later, in 2008, she completed her teacher training with Kim Valeri and Tammy LeBlanc (YogaSpirit in Boston), and has been teaching yoga ever since.

Lorry has a masters degree in clinical psychology and recently retired from a counseling career that spanned 35 years.  She loves having more time to spend with her grandchildren, and more time to teach yoga!

Lorry brings a positive attitude and a calm and nurturing energy to her classes. She feels very grateful to be able to teach yoga and believes it is wonderful for every body regardless of age or size!
