Workshop Description: Whether you're standing on one foot on your yoga mat, hanging by one hand on your climb or relaxing amongst friends, finding balance can mean being calm in the face of challenge or open to moments of joy. Join Gretchen Campos as we move through an all-levels asana/yoga flow. We'll work with our breath and our body to feel stronger, longer and more relaxed, inviting in physical balance. Practicing in the open space of Evo Rock + Fitness Portland, moving to music and having time to enjoy (& imbibe) with other yogis, offers us energetic balance. Join Maine YogaFest, Allagash Brewing Company, A Perfect Smile, Rosemont Market and Bakery and Asia West for an inspiring evening of yoga, friends and community. ​

  1. 90 min. Yoga workshop
  2. 60 min social hour including a pint of Allagash beer 
  3.  Complimentary day pass from EVO for future use {This event will not including climbing}.
