Penny lights up when she gets to share what has deepened her experience of her own life and has offered thousands of inspirational yoga classes, meditations and workshops since 2003. She founded the beginnings of Kusum Institute in 2009 with a mission of sharing a useable understanding of the cross over points between ancient Eastern philosophies and modern Western science. She shares her unique viewpoint and skill set as a scientist connected to the inner world through her weekly classes, workshops, writing, Kusum Life Teacher Training. In 2013 Penny created the Kusum Life Immersion program, designed for learning to live differently rather than learning to teach, through the practical and potent application of knowledge from Yoga, Ayurveda, brain science, psychology and biochemistry. Less stress and stagnation, more ease, richness and joy.
Penny's presence, love of people, enthusiasm and diversity is what shapes her unique teachings on bringing Grace to life... all with lightness and lots of laughter. Learn more about Penny and her offerings at www.PennyClum.com
