MYF is a two-day celebration of our amazing local yoga talent. Local teachers participating at MYF will represent a wide range of styles and yoga techniques. Teachers with expertise in such areas as the healing arts, mediation, spirituality and wellness will also be featured. Teachers will represent locations throughout Maine as well as four nationally respected instructors to provide a unique experience for Maine students.
