Karen Fraser

I have been teaching group exercise for over 25 years. Yoga for 15. And SUP Yoga for 3 years.  I am a certified Personal Trainer, as well as a Registered Yoga Teacher, with 200+ hours.  I completed the first ever SUP Yoga Certification last August in San Diego with "Paddle into Fitness".

I have met the most amazing people in the Yoga community.
I LOVE what I do.
I LOVE the Ocean.
I LOVE people.
I LOVE Yoga.

I feel blessed to be able to teach what I Love.
I have my wonderful husband of 32 years to thank for that, and
have been blessed with 3 amazing son's who have all grown into wonderful men in the World. At 54 years old, I can honestly say I've never been happier.  I teach SUP Yoga in North Hampton, NH twice a week.  It is my honor and privilege to be part of the first annual Maine Yoga Fest.  Namaste.
Class Description
Paddleboard Yoga - Teaching with Brenda Cyr & Ally Nye.  Practicing yoga on a stand up paddle board brings a whole new perspective to being fully present in the moment in your yoga postures.  It creates a new challenge while floating, requiring full awareness, acceptance of mother natures mood and of course a sense of humor!  Join us on the East End Beach for this very popular class.   Note: Paddleboards will be provided.  Please bring a bathing suit, towel and change of clothes.
