Jill Hodder is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, 200-hr Certified Kripalu Yoga Instructor and SUP YO Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga Instructor. Her passion for yoga and adventure has brought her to SUP YO! Jill teaches a variety of SUP fitness classes on the water such as yoga, pilates and PIYO which is a combination of both. When she is not teaching on the water she is leading Yoga Hikes in the White Mountains. Combining two of her favorite things, Yoga and Nature, has brought so much love and excitement into her practice. Jill hopes to bring that same passion and connection to her students whether it be on land or sea! In Jill’s classes she creates an environment of compassion and encourages students to laugh, be your self, fall and get right back up again.
